Doors open at 12:00 for Hospitality guests. General Admission is from 13:00.

All three rail/underground stations serving Wembley Stadium are open. Chiltern rail services to/from Wembley Stadium station will only be operating from Warwick Parkway. More here.

Both teams have dedicated fan zones where supporters have the chance to join fellow fans to enjoy a drink, including alcohol, food and a DJ. They are an ideal place to soak up the pre-match party atmosphere. 

The Peterborough fan zone is located on the East concourse (East village) area of the stadium and will be accessible from 10:30. Alcohol will be served from 11:00. 

Birmingham have two dedicated fan zones areas on the West side of the stadium. Arena Square will be accessible from 10:00. The West concourse will be accessible from 10:30. Alcohol served from 11:00. 

Both fan zones will stop serving one hour before kick-off at 14:00 and close at 14:30. 

Fans with tickets are advised to check they are seated in the appropriate area of the stadium. Any supporter who is identified in opposition areas will be ejected from the stadium for breaching the ground regulations and be subject to each club's sanction process. 

We are working hard to keep our carbon footprint down, and around 75% of people attending events at Wembley Stadium now use public transport. We would encourage all our guests to consider the various travel options in place. 

Wembley Stadium benefits from easy access to three rail / London Underground stations. These are:

Wembley Stadium station - This is the nearest station to Wembley Stadium. Located around 400m (4 minute walk) from the venue. The station is one stop from London Marylebone on Chiltern Rail Services. 

Wembley Central station - This station is served by the Bakerloo Line & London Overground lines with services to key destinations including London Paddington and London Euston stations. 

Wembley Park station - Situated around 1000m to the north of the stadium (9 minute walk) this station is served by the Metropolitan and Jubilee Lines. 

Please leave more time for your journey and plan ahead. Please check the National Rail and TfL Updates on an event day for real-time travel information and status updates. 

To visit Wembley Stadium by car, use the postcode HA9 0WS in maps. Follow the signs for Wembley Stadium when you reach the A406 North Circular from the M1, A40 or M25.      

National Express is the official coach partner to Wembley Stadium. National Express drop off at the stadium from over 50 locations around the UK making it the easiest and most convenient way to travel to Wembley. Event day parking at Wembley Stadium is limited and must be booked in advance via the Wembley Official Parking website. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Any vehicles which do not pre-book will not be granted access to the stadium car parks. Customers are advised to park via the official car parks only.

Wembley Stadium is a welcoming and inclusive venue for all guests with access requirements. Below is an overview of our event day services. For more detailed information visit here.  

There are 310 places for wheelchair users, each with with a personal assistant / companion seat. We also have seats for guests with access requirements who do not need a wheelchair user bay. This includes guests with visual or hearing impairment, or guests with other non-visible disabilities.

 Wembley Stadium has two dedicated sensory and inclusion rooms for use on event days. Each room has space for 12 guests and are suitable for guests with neurodiversity, cognitive impairment, or other sensory conditions. More information on how to book the Sensory Rooms can be found here. 

There are lifts and escalators to all spectator levels of the stadium. Dedicated lifts are are big enough for two wheelchair users, personal assistants and an attendant is also available at every entrance. To access your entrance on level 1 outer concourse, there are two large lifts either side of the main entrance, which is situated under the Olympic steps in front of the stadium at ground level. Our customer engagement team will be able to assist accessing lifts.

Please note, for events that have pitch access, such as concerts and boxing, this is level B1 and cannot be accessed via lifts.

There are 147 accessible toilets within the stadium. These are all accessed by RADAR key. If you do not own a RADAR key, please request assistance from a steward or member of the customer engagement team. 

There are three changing places units int the stadium, located on level 1 at block 104 and another at block 143 and another on the fourth floor near our West Sensory Room box at box 4007. If you require access, please speak to a member of the customer engagement team who will be able to assist.

Trained stewards and staff members are on hand to assist guests with all access requirements. Our customer engagement team can be located at information desks across levels 1, 2 & 5.

Hospitality (Experiences by Wembley Stadium) doors will open three hours before the event starts.

General Admission doors will open two hours before the event starts. 

Makes sure you arrive at the stadium in good time to assist with security protocols. We advise all supporters to enter the stadium early to avoid queues and ensure you can get to your seat with plenty of time. 

Please refer to your ticket for your turnstile colour zone. The quickest route to your turnstile entry point is by following the signage for the colour zone. Please ensure you enter via the correct turnstile. 

 Entrance to Wembley Stadium is by ticket only. Any one without a ticket should not attend. 

As you approach the turnstile make sure you have your ticket ready with the barcode or QR code visible and ready to scan.

We operate a no-remittance policy for security and safety reasons.

Wembley Stadium operates a zero-tolerance policy on any form of anti-social and discriminatory behaviour. If you witness any anti-social or discriminatory behaviour on the day, text HELP to 66566 or contact your nearest steward. 

Under our ground rules, only certain items are allowed into the venue. Please make sure you're not bringing anything you shouldn't before arriving. 

Everyone is checked upon entry - we'd hate to have to turn you away.

The use of pyrotechnics, flares and smoke devices inside or outside Wembley Stadium is prohibited and illegal. 

Anyone caught carrying or using pyrotechnical equipment inside the stadium will be immediately ejected from the stadium, banned from future events and dealt with by the Police. Those caught using pyrotechnic equipment anywhere outside of the stadium will be in breach of the PSPO order and face enforcement action. 

Wembley Stadium operates a restricted bag policy. Each person can only bring one small bag into the stadium, and it must not be bigger than A4 size:

Height - 297mm (11.7 inches) - Width - 210mm (8.27 inches) - Depth - 210mm (8.27 inches)

Please note, this means the overall bag size - bags that are half-full and folded over to reduce their size will not be accepted. 

Anyone carrying bags that do not meet the criteria above will not be allowed into the stadium. A full list of prohibited items can be found here.

A bag drop facility is available outside the Ibis Hotel. Please note there is a charge for this service. 

Wembley Stadium has a zero-tolerance policy on any form of anti-social, offensive and discriminatory conduct, and anyone found guilty of this behaviour will be ejected from the stadium and reported to the authorities. Offensive tragedy-related chanting, gesturing and displaying of abusive messages is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. People who are found to have committed offences face stadium bans and potential criminal prosecution.

Persistent standing during a match at Wembley Stadium is strictly forbidden (unless with a ticket for the safe standing area) and may result in ejection from the ground. Persistent standing not only compromises crowd safety, but also affects the matchday experience of fellow spectators, especially children and elderly people. 

Smoking at the ground, or use of e-cigarettes, is strictly forbidden and will result in ejection from the stadium.

Anyone attempting to tailgate or gain illicit access to the stadium will be apprehended and reported to Police. 

Wembley Park is the residential and business area around Wembley Stadium. Brent Council have enforced a No-Street-Drinking policy on Olympic Way and the surrounding area for all events at Wembley Stadium. 

This is part of the current Public Space Protection Order in place around the stadium on event days. More information on the order can be found here.

Fans drinking on Olympic Way and surrounding streets ahead of any event will be asked to hand over their alcohol and enforcement action may be considered. Supporters wanting alcohol before the game should head for the licensed bars or restaurants in the area or make their way to the dedicated fan zones outside the stadium. The safety and security of fans at Wembley Stadium is of paramount importance, and we always have robust and thorough security measures in place before, during and after each event. We work closely with the Police, the Safety Advisory Group, and the relevant authorities to ensure that the stadium's security protocols meet the highest standard. More here. 

There will be multiple ticket checks and security searches in place on the day, including the perimeter of the stadium and near the turnstiles, so we encourage fans to arrive at the stadium 60-90 minutes before the event starts to allow enough time to assist with the security protocols. 

All events at Wembley Stadium have a strong police presence, and search dogs with handlers will also be patrolling around the stadium to identify and apprehend anyone with illegal or prohibited items, including pyrotechnics and banned substances.
