Roy Hodgson meets the EE Fanbot
England manager Roy Hodgson has today revealed rare insights into his managerial career thanks to a digital fan Q&A at Wembley connected by EE.
The Q&A was made possible by the EE Fanbot – a telepresence robot which allows fans to dial in over EE’s 4G network and submit their questions to the Three Lions boss.
Hodgson revealed, amongst other things, which former-England internationals he would like to still be able to call upon and told us which manager provided him with the biggest challenge.

Roy was speaking to fans at Wembley Stadium as EE prepares to showcase its technology once again to a sold-out Wembley crowd at the England vs Lithuania game this Friday.
Since becoming the headline partner of Wembley last year, EE has introduced many technological developments including working with the stadium to deliver the first official Wembley app, rolling out mobile and contactless payment facilities and delivering a significant network upgrade to double 3G and 4G capacity, ensuring fans can stay connected during events. EE has also worked with Wembley to transform the iconic stadium arch with the installation of the fastest LED lighting system in the world.
