Disabled Access ticketing information
Wembley Stadium operates a phone only service (for accessible tickets) as it is important we can speak to guests direct and understand their overall access requirements. This enables us to ensure the seat is appropriate to a guest’s exact requirements (e.g. wheelchair user, British Sign Language user or requiring use of our sensory rooms) and check supporting documentation.
We now work with Nimbus Disability, using their Access Card technology to verify supporting documents and improve ticketing and stadium access. You can use your current Nimbus Access Card or apply for a free Wembley Digital Access Pass (DAP).
To apply for an Access Card, a Wembley DAP, or link your existing account, please click here
