Disabled Access ticketing information
All accessible tickets for Wembley Stadium will be sold via our Disabled Access Ticketing Line to ensure that we understand your exact access requirments.
If you have a valid presale code, you will be eligible to purchase tickets at 9 am BST on Thursday 26th September.
Accessible tickets are will then go on sale to the general public at 9 am BST on Friday 27 September.

- To speed up the process, please email proof of disability to POD@wembleystadium.com - A suggested list can be found here.
- Please note, the phone line system has a Call Back option available to use that saves your place in the phone queue if you are unable to stay on the phone for a longer period. Please note during exceptional demand this feature may NOT be available.

- For deaf non BSL users, it is recommended Text Relay or Next Generation Text Lite App which is available in Android or Apple versions.

Wembley Stadium operates a phone only service for accessibility tickets as it is important that we can speak to guests direct and understand their exact access requirements.
It also enables us to ensure the seat is appropriate to a guest’s access requirements (Wheelchair User, British Sign Language, Sensory room etc)

BSL interpretation

Wembley Stadium is a cashless venue. Please be aware that NO kiosks will accept cash. Contactless & Card payments will be accepted at al kiosks inside the stadium.

No under 14s on pitch standing
