Please ensure you hydrate regularly and appropriately. Wembley Stadium has free water stations on the concourses and in the standing areas.

All doors (including hospitality) open at 16:00

Guests with either Ultimate, Premium Early Entry or Early Entry packages MUST sign-in at the VIP Nation Check-In from 13:30 until 15:30 beforehand.  (12:00 for Ultimate). Check-in for this is in the Purple Zone. You will then be directed to your correct entry point. Doors for early entry will open from 15:45.

East Village Fan Zone

The following items are NOT permitted. Anyone attempting to enter the stadium with any of the below will have the items confiscated.

• Weapons of any sort
• Recording equipment (sound or video)
• Professional or semi-professional (4K/8K) cameras
• Bottles, Cans or glass containers
• Fireworks
• Alcohol (Alcohol is available for sale from concessions inside the stadium)
• Wallet Chains / Jean Chains (of any kind)
• Laser pens /pointers
• Go Pro cameras/ Selfie Sticks/ Ipads/ Tablets
• Drones
• Banners/ Posters/ or signs above A3 in size

Empty plastic, crushable bottles (under 500ml) are fine to bring into the stadium - these can then be filled at one of our free refillable water stations located inside the stadium. (Seated tickets only)

Those with standing tickets are not permitted to bring a bottle of any kind. Free water is available in cups on the pitch area.

Please note, metal bottles are not permitted inside the stadium.

Mobile phones and battery packs are fine to bring into the stadium.

All three rail/underground stations serving Wembley Stadium are open. 

All supporters are encouraged to plan their journeys in advance to avoid disappointment or delay. All those travelling by rail should plan to arrive at Wembley stations no later than one hour prior to kick-off, to allow sufficient time to walk to and enter the stadium.  

Please check the National Rail and TfL Status Updates websites to look out for any service alteration and for real-time journey updates. 

Children (14 years and under) must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to stand on the pitch. Children under the age of five are not permitted into the stadium.

Wembley Stadium is a cashless venue. All food and drink kiosks inside the stadium will require card or contactless payments only.

Wembley Stadium benefits from easy access to three rail / London Underground stations. These are:

Wembley Stadium station – This is the nearest station to Wembley Stadium – located around 400m (4-minute-walk) from the venue. The station is one stop from London Marylebone on Chiltern Rail Services.

Wembley Central station – Located around 8 minutes away, this station is served by the Bakerloo Line & London Overground lines with services to key destinations including London Paddington and London Euston stations.

Wembley Park station – Situated around 1000m to the north of the stadium (9-minute walk) this station is served by Metropolitan and Jubilee lines.

Please leave more time for your journey and plan ahead. Please check the National Rail Enquiries and TfL Updates on event day for real-time travel information and status updates.

To visit Wembley Stadium by car, use the postcode HA9 0WS in maps. Follow the signs for Wembley Stadium when you reach the A406 North Circular from the M1, A40 or M25.

National Express is the official coach partner to Wembley Stadium. National Express drop off at the stadium from over 50 locations around the UK making it the easiest and most convenient way to travel to Wembley. To book a National Express service visit the National Express website or call 08717 81 81 81.

Event day parking at Wembley Stadium is limited and must be booked in advance via the Wembley Official Parking website. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Any vehicles which do not pre-book will not be granted access to the stadium car parks. Customers are advised to park via the official car parks only. 

Blue Badge parking is available for ticketholders with accessibility needs and this can also be booked directly through the Wembley Official Parking website. For any further accessibility requirements, please review Wembley Stadium's Access Information page, or visit the Guest Support portal. 

Makes sure you arrive at the stadium in good time to assist with security protocols. We advise all supporters to enter the stadium early to avoid queues and ensure you can get to your seat with plenty of time. 

Please refer to your ticket for your turnstile colour zone. The quickest route to your turnstile entry point is by following the signage for the colour zone. Please ensure you enter via the correct turnstile. 

 Entrance to Wembley Stadium is by ticket only. Any one without a ticket should not attend. 

As you approach the turnstile make sure you have your ticket ready with the barcode or QR code visible and ready to scan.

Wembley Stadium is a welcoming and inclusive venue for all guests with access requirements. Below is an overview of our event day services. For more detailed information visit here.  

There are 310 places for wheelchair users, each with with a personal assistant / companion seat. We also have seats for guests with access requirements who do not need a wheelchair user bay. This includes guests with visual or hearing impairment, or guests with other non-visible disabilities.  

The stadium also provides a range of services for guests with specialist access requirements, including a shuttle service from Wembley Park station. More information can be found here.

 Wembley Stadium has two dedicated sensory and inclusion rooms for use on event days. Each room has space for 12 guests and are suitable for guests with neurodiversity, cognitive impairment, or other sensory conditions. More information on how to book the Sensory Rooms can be found here. 

There are lifts and escalators to all spectator levels of the stadium. Dedicated lifts are are big enough for two wheelchair users, personal assistants and an attendant is also available at every entrance. To access your entrance on level 1 outer concourse, there are two large lifts either side of the main entrance, which is situated under the Olympic steps in front of the stadium at ground level. Our customer engagement team will be able to assist accessing lifts.

Please note, for events that have pitch access, such as concerts and boxing, this is level B1 and cannot be accessed via lifts.

There are 147 accessible toilets within the stadium. These are all accessed by RADAR key. If you do not own a RADAR key, please request assistance from a steward or member of the customer engagement team. 

There are three changing places units int the stadium, located on level 1 at block 104 and another at block 143 and another on the fourth floor near our West Sensory Room box at box 4007. If you require access, please speak to a member of the customer engagement team who will be able to assist.

Trained stewards and staff members are on hand to assist guests with all access requirements. Our customer engagement team can be located at information desks across levels 1, 2 & 5.

The safety and security of fans at Wembley Stadium is of paramount importance, and we always have robust and thorough security measures in place before, during and after each event. We work closely with the Police, the Safety Advisory Group, and the relevant authorities to ensure that the stadium's security protocols meet the highest standard. More here. 

There will be multiple ticket checks and security searches in place on the day, including the perimeter of the stadium and near the turnstiles, so we encourage fans to arrive at the stadium 60-90 minutes before the event starts to allow enough time to assist with the security protocols. 

All events at Wembley Stadium have a strong police presence, and search dogs with handlers will also be patrolling around the stadium to identify and apprehend anyone with illegal or prohibited items, including pyrotechnics and banned substances.

Wembley Stadium operates a zero-tolerance policy on any form of anti-social and discriminatory behaviour. If you witness any anti-social or discriminatory behaviour on the day, text HELP to 66566 or contact your nearest steward. 

Under our ground rules, only certain items are allowed into the venue. Please make sure you're not bringing anything you shouldn't before arriving. 

Everyone is checked upon entry - we'd hate to have to turn you away.

The use of pyrotechnics, flares and smoke devices inside or outside Wembley Stadium is prohibited and illegal. 

Anyone caught carrying or using pyrotechnical equipment inside the stadium will be immediately ejected from the stadium, banned from future events and dealt with by the Police. Those caught using pyrotechnic equipment anywhere outside of the stadium will be in breach of the PSPO order and face enforcement action. 

Wembley Stadium operates a restricted bag policy. Each person can only bring one small bag into the stadium, and it must not be bigger than A4 size:

Height - 297mm (11.7 inches) - Width - 210mm (8.27 inches) - Depth - 210mm (8.27 inches)

Please note, this means the overall bag size - bags that are half-full and folded over to reduce their size will not be accepted. 

Anyone carrying bags that do not meet the criteria above will not be allowed into the stadium. A full list of prohibited items can be found here.

A bag drop facility is available outside the Ibis Hotel. Please note there is a charge for this service.

Smoking at the ground, or use of e-cigarettes, is strictly forbidden and will result in ejection from the stadium.

Anyone attempting to tailgate or gain illicit access to the stadium will be apprehended and reported to Police. 

Wembley Park is the residential and business area around Wembley Stadium. Brent Council have enforced a No-Street-Drinking policy on Olympic Way and the surrounding area for all events at Wembley Stadium. 

This is part of the current Public Space Protection Order in place around the stadium on event days. More information on the order can be found here.

Fans drinking on Olympic Way and surrounding streets ahead of any event will be asked to hand over their alcohol and enforcement action may be considered. Supporters wanting alcohol before the game should head for the licensed bars or restaurants in the area or make their way to the dedicated fan zones outside the stadium.
