Adele's Wembley Stadium concerts for July 1st and 2nd will not be going ahead. Adele has posted a message about this announcement, which can be found here.

If you bought tickets for these concerts you will be receiving a refund for your ticket(s) and all ticket purchasers will be contacted by the end of the week to confirm further details of their refund.

This message will detail the process for the refund and clarify when customers can expect to see money back in their account.

In addition, the event organisers are exploring options to reschedule and anyone who purchased tickets for the cancelled shows will be given first access to purchase tickets in the event of any rescheduled dates.

For this reason Wembley Stadium will retain all contact data for those guests who purchased tickets for the cancelled Adele concerts via our website.

In the event of the concerts being rescheduled you will be contacted with details of how to go about purchasing priority tickets.
