Full terms and conditions

1. The promoter of the Competition is Wembley National Stadium Limited, Wembley, London HA9 0WS (“WNSL”).

2. Entry into the Competition is dependent on your acceptance of these terms and conditions and by entering the Competition you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Entrants must be based in the United Kingdom and must be aged at least 14 years of age on the Closing Date (as defined below). Employees of WNSL, any WNSL Group Company or anyone professionally connected to this Competition and members of their immediate families are not permitted to enter the Competition. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the permission of a parent or guardian before entering the Competition.

4. To enter the Competition you must have retweeted @Wembleystadium’s tweet which announced this Competition. You must also follow @Wembleystadium. 

5. Entrants must provide their first name, last name, postal address, contact telephone number and email address when this is requested, otherwise their entry will be invalid.

6. No payment or purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

7. Only eligible entries received between 12.00pm on 27 November 2014 and 10.00am on 1 December 2014 will be entered into the Competition. Entries received after this Closing Date will not be processed.

8. All entrants into the Competition confirm, by entering the Competition, that they have the right to submit the tweet used to enter the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions and that WNSL may use any aspect of their entry for any reason (including but not limited to publicity and promotional purposes). Entrants automatically assign all rights in any entry to WNSL. All entrants into the Competition waiver any moral rights they may have in relation to their entry.

9. Maximum one entry per entrant.

10. WNSL does not accept responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, incomplete or otherwise not received or cannot be entered for technical or any other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions and these terms and conditions are invalid.

11. There will be twelve first prizes for the Competition. Each winner of the prize will be entitled to one Retro Wembley football as shown here: http://www.englandstore.com/p/52482/Wembley-Retro-Football. The winners will be selected at random

12. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance with WNSL by 8.00pm on Wednesday 3 December in order to claim the Prize. If the winner does not confirm attendance within that time period, another winner may be selected.

13. WNSL has the right to select an alternative winner or substitute winner which shall be the next participant that is selected at random from the remaining eligible entries if: (i) a winner is ineligible to enter the Competition (ii) WNSL is unable to reach a winner within the timeframe outlined above (iii) the winner does not wish to accept the Prize.

14. WNSL shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a participant.

15. WNSL reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify any entry which it considers does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Competition, including providing false or misleading information.

16. Entries must be made by the participant, and must not be made through agents or third parties.

17. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes (in whole or in part). In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside WNSL’s control, WNSL reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Travel and accommodation are not included in any of the prizes and WNSL accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with any prize which are not specifically included in that prize including, without limitation, meals, personal expenses, insurance and travel expenses in connection with the prize. Winners are strictly prohibited from selling their prizes to any other person.

18. Contestants who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by WNSL may be excluded from the Competition.

19. We will use the information that entrants provide to process the Competition and if an entrant is a winner we may publish their name and town of residence on WNSL’s website and we may require them to participate in publicity. The winner of any prize may be required for promotional activity by WNSL. We may send entrants information from time to time about WNSL, The FA Group and other related stadium matters and shall process your information in accordance with WNSL’s Privacy Policy, which you are deemed to accept when entering the Competition.

20. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of this Competition except with the prize winner.

21. WNSL accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities (including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damage) injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition, not being able to enter into the Competition or accepting any prize. WNSL further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer or IT systems relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading of any materials in connection with the Competition. Nothing shall exclude the liability of WNSL for fraud or for death or personal injury as a result of that party's negligence.

22. In no event shall WNSL or its Group Company’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the price of Prize. Without limiting the foregoing, this Competition and the Prize are provided "as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

23. WNSL reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside their control or to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

24. If any of these Clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining Clauses shall survive, remain in full force and effect.

25. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter.

26. Full details of the prize and the name of the Competition winner can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address to: The FA, Wembley Stadium, PO Box 1966, London SW1P 9EQ.

27. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
