Ed Sheeran will play his first UK gig since his 2014 UK Tour, at Wembley Stadium connected by EE, on Friday 10 July 2015.

2014 was a momentous year for the singer-songwriter who has had two number one singles in the UK and his album ‘X’(Multiply) fittingly went multi-platinum.

And 2015 is shaping up to be just as epic for the West Yorkshire born artist with a huge show at the national stadium now on the horizon.

Sheeran has performed at Wembley on numerous occasions as part of the Capital Summertime Ball line-up and he admits those experiences whetted his appetite for more.

“I’ve made no secret recently of my ambition to play Wembley Stadium on my own in front of 80,000 people,” he said, “so I am absolutely over the moon to be able to announce it’s going to happen next Summer. It’s going to be amazing, I just can’t wait.’’

Tickets for Ed Sheeran at Wembley will be priced between £52 and £45.
