Greg Rutherford out to win £1million for Sport Relief at Wembley
He jumped for gold at London 2012 but now Greg Rutherford is planning to catch £1m for Sport Relief at Wembley on Saturday
At half time in the Aviva Premiership Rugby match between Saracens and Harlequins the Olympic long jump gold medallist will attempt to catch three 'up and unders'.
If Rutherford can catch all three he will earn Sport Relief a massive £1m, but the man himself is not feeling too confident.
"It's fair to say I'm nervous," said Rutherford, "I'd hope I've got the speed to get in position, but catching the balls is a different matter.
“I don't play rugby but I'll be doing whatever I can to raise money for Sport Relief which is such a great cause."
Wembley will play host to a bumper crowd on Saturday with 75,000 tickets sold already as the game between the two London rivals threatens to make history as the largest crowd ever to attend a club rugby union match.
