Last weekend saw The Who bring the curtain down on a record summer of concerts hosted at Wembley Stadium connected by EE. 

Over the space of five weeks the national stadium hosted 14 concerts that saw 38 acts take to the stage, welcoming 900,000 fans through the turnstiles. 

K-Pop sensation BTS kicked things off with two sold out shows on 1-2 June, as part of their ‘Love Yourself World Tour’. Huge numbers also watched from around the world via a live stream. 

The following weekend Wembley Stadium welcomed the Capital Summertime Ball with 19 different acts performing. Fans were kept entertained by the likes of Calvin Harris, Maroon 5, Jess Glynne and Rita Ora across seven hours of live music. 

It was then time to celebrate one of the biggest reunions in UK music history with three eagerly anticipated Spice Girls concerts. Their 13 show British tour ended at Wembley Stadium with approximately 240,000 fans singing along across the three nights.

Grammy award winning Fleetwood Mac played two nights before Wembley welcomed American music legends, Bon Jovi, Billy Joel and the Eagles for three special concert nights across just one weekend. 

Then it was the turn of another global superstar, P!nk, who wowed the crowds across two shows full of spectacular stunts before English rock legends The Who rounded off the summer concert season on 6 July.
