Yes. We have all of the Sky Sports Channels available so if the event is being screened on Sky then you will be able to watch this in the build up to the Wembley event. Please note, promoters sometimes control the content on the screens for music concerts.

Yes, different members of your group can arrive at different times and they will be able to scan their tickets individually as they arrive, please ensure everyone has their own valid tickets accessible on their mobile device or printed off.

No, unfortunately this isn’t possible and the stadium doesn’t own the surrounding car parks. The closest drop off point is on the corner of Engineers & Rutherford way. 

No- tickets can be scanned straight from a mobile device.

Upon entry, if you show your ticket to a member of staff you will be guided to the correct lounge/ box.

Yes, please email your dietary requirements in advance to: expeirences@wembleystadium.com and we will share these with our catering company. Please also remind your host on the day.

For concerts and most sports events, there is no dress code! Feel free to where your favourite merchandise. For club football games, team shirts and colours are not permitted.

Yes, for concerts it is only children aged five and over, for sport events it is aged three and over.

Address details don’t need to be updated after payment has been made as everything is sent digitally. If your phone number or email address has changed, please let us know.

Your tickets can be split individually using any free online PDF splitting software.

Tickets can then be forwarded on to your guests accordingly.

Members who are entitled to parking for core events only are able to book online.

Members wishing to purchase parking or additional parking, can do so via www.wembleyofficialparking.com (subject to availability).

We recommend that before you travel to Wembley Stadium, you check for disruptions on your chosen method of transport.

You have multiple options to get to Wembley utilising London’s underground service. We recommend using TFLs route planner to plan your journey to either Wembley Central or Wembley Park.

Your seat details are confirmed on your original order confirmation you will have received from tickets@wembleystadium.com.

We ask that you submit your dietary requirements to use no later than seven days in advance of the event so we can do our best to prepare accordingly.

For Football events doors typically open 3 hours before kick off (subject to change). For concerts this will depend on what day of the week the show is taking place. 

All the information you will need to know about the event will be emailed to you 72 hours prior to the event taking place.

Wembley Park, Wembley central and Wembley Stadium stations are the closest to Wembley Stadium.

All hospitality and Private Box tickets will enter through either the Wembley Stadium Main Entrance (in the purple zone) or the Bobby Moore Entrance (in the yellow zone). These are both located at the front of the stadium and are clearly signposted.
