Fabio Capello's side will face Norway and Belgium before departing for the tournament in June and England's first group match against France on Monday 11 June.
England will play Norway in Oslo at the Ullevaal Stadion on Saturday 26 May, before hosting the final game at Wembley against Belgium prior to travelling to the team base in Krakow.
Belgium visit Wembley on Saturday 2 June in England's final game prior to the tournament, it will be the 21st meeting between the two nations with England losing just once and winning 14 times. This will be only the third time Belgium have played at Wembley, and the first since 1964.

Fabio Capello said: "Since the draw in December we have been able to work towards these matches and the appropriate opposition, and I'm very happy with these two games.
"In the draw we face one of the hosts, Ukraine, which will be a difficult atmosphere to replicate, but looking at the styles of France and Sweden I feel these games are a good preparation for us."
Ticket information for England v Belgium at Wembley will be released in due course.
