How does the Club Wembley seat licence work?

Upon application you have the option of paying an upfront licence fee or paying this annually along with your season fees.  The season begins each year on the 01 August and the season fee is due two months before the beginning of every season.  If you join Club Wembley after 01 August your season fee will be prorated.

What events am I entitled to?

A Club Wembley seat licence guarantees you access to the following events until the end of your licence agreement**

- All England senior home games

- The FA Cup Final

- Both FA Cup Semi Finals

- The FA Community Shield

- The Football League Cup Final

- The Rugby League Challenge Cup Final

*Club Wembley International seat licence holders receive tickets for all England senior home games only.

**Matches that form part of a bid event are not included

What will my seat be like?

Your seat will be in an exclusive reserved area of Wembley Stadium.  The Club Wembley concourse on Level Two is entirely dedicated to Club Wembley members.  Your Club Wembley seat is wider than the general admission seat and is padded with armrests.

How are seats allocated?

When you receive your Seat Licence Agreement for your signature, you will have been allocated a seat within your chosen seat category.  The location will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

What if I do not like my seat location?

Subject to seat availability, we will attempt to find you an alternative seat location.

How do I pay for my Club Wembley seat?

There are two payments methods for a Club Wembley seat licence:

Option One:
Pay a one off licence fee plus your first annual season fee.  The season begins each year on 01 August and the season fee is due each season approximately two months prior until 2018.  If you join Club Wembley after 01 August your season fee and licence fee will be worked out based upon the approximate number of core events for which you are eligible.

Option Two:
Instead of a one off licence fee, you can choose to pay for your Club Wembley licence on an annual basis.  Payments are due approximately two months before the start of each season.

The following methods of payment are accepted; Credit card (with the exception of Diner's Club), cheque, bank draft, bank transfer, American Express, Charge Card or Switch.  Payment is due within twenty-eight days of receipt of your invoice.

Is VAT payable?

All prices are inclusive of VAT and charged at the current rate on the full amount of fees and subsequent season ticket fees.

 

What time will I be able to access my box on event days?

By prior agreement with Club Wembley, you will be able to access your box before and after an event.  For example, you could host a meeting in your box on the day on an event and then stay to watch the event.

What amenities will my Corporate Box have?

SHOW

All boxes have the following as standard; dining table and chairs, casual lounge furniture, fully equipped servery kitchen shared between two boxes, bar area with fridge, TV, telephone, fully fitted restroom, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cloak rail and hangers.  You can also bespoke your box to suit your business requirements by speaking to our partner Latitude Interiors.

What if I do not want to use my Corporate Box on an event day?

If you do not want to attend a particular event, you can allow someone of your choice to use it instead, provided you give your tickets away (no money, service or benefit in kind may be given in return).  If you prefer to sell your box for an event, then you can ask Club Wembley to do this on your behalf.  Assuming that Club Wembley can sell your box, you will receive the proceeds.

Please note that if tickets are given away, as a Club Wembley member, you are held responsible for the actions of the person(s) using your tickets on the day (including for any inappropriate behaviour or if the tickets are subsequently sold contrary to Club Wembley terms. 

Is catering included with a Corporate Box Seat Licence?

Catering is chargeable as extra.  There are a variety of food and bar options available and you are able to pre book this in advance of each event through our dedicated Club Wembley members' website.

What parking provisions are available with a Corporate Box membership?

SHOW

You will receive one car park pass for every four seats.  For example, an eight seat box will receive two car park passes.  There are provisions made for other forms of transport including taxis and helicopters.  Details of these are outlined within the Corporate Box members' handbook.

How do I pay for my Corporate Box?

Where are my Corporate Box seats located?

All Corporate Box seating is situated on an outdoor balcony directly in front of your box.

Am I able to use my Corporate Box on a non event day?

SHOW

Yes, by prior appointment with Club Wembley you will be able to use your box on days where there are no events taking place.

How are Corporate Boxes allocated?

SHOW

Your Corporate Box location will be allocated generally on a first come first served basis.  When you receive your Licence Agreement for your signature you will have been allocated a specific Corporate Box.  If you do not like your Corporate Box location, if there are any remaining positions within your Corporate Box size then we will try our best to offer you an alternative.

Will I receive a reminder of payment?

Yes, payment requests will be sent to you in advance of your payment due dates.

What happens if I join Club Wembley mid-season? How are my payments calculated?

What are the benefits of being a Club Wembley member?

- Subject to availability, you can purchase tickets from other members through Club Wembley re sale

- Access to member events including networking events and member golf days*

What Corporate Box packages are available?

Corporate Boxes are available in an 8, 12 or 20 seat size.  They can be purchased on a 3, 5, 7 or 10 year term and include tickets to all events at Wembley Stadium*

*Excludes bid events

What events are included with a Corporate Box?

As a Corporate Box member you will receive:

- All England senior home games
